Communication and accessibility assistance

- Information in alternative formats such as large print, accessible electronic format, or another reasonable format.

Requesting assistance
Tell your Proxima coordinator or contact the office if you need an interpreter, auxiliary aid, accessible format, or reasonable accommodation. Advance notice helps us arrange the appropriate service, but we will respond to urgent needs as promptly as possible.
Filing a grievance
If you believe Proxima failed to provide assistance or discriminated in another way, you may submit a grievance in person, by mail, phone, or email. Include your name, contact information, a description of what happened, and the resolution requested. Help is available to prepare a grievance.
